2. Products and Services

  • Product Information: We strive to ensure that all descriptions, pricing, and availability of our wholesale sleepwear products are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per business, or per order.

3. Payment and Billing

  • We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at the time of invoicing or purchase.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: Shipping dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Customs and Duties: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred upon shipment to your designated location.

5. Returns and Exchanges (Retail Policy)

  • We accept returns and exchanges of merchandise for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to the sender.

  • Customer Responsibility for Sizing and Shipping: Since the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning or exchanging the merchandise, we strongly advise customers to carefully view and verify our provided size chart prior to purchase. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

  • Return Authorization: To initiate any return or exchange, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code from our Customer Support team. Items sent back without a valid RMA code will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

  • Processing Time: Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, refunds or credits will be processed within [Number, e.g., 7-10] business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
